Who is the project aimed at?

A work-oriented guidance pathway that values participants’ personal experiences and competences, explores professional pathways, and offers practical tools and mentoring to enable the construction of an autonomous and conscious professional direction.

Description

ABF Talent4Work is a career guidance programme aimed at young people in transition between education and work who find themselves at a standstill, searching for or rethinking their career path. The project was created to offer a structured support environment in which to develop transferable skills, practical tools and greater awareness of the world of work.

The programme combines group work, practical exercises and individual support, encouraging peer discussion and the development of a realistic, sustainable career plan that is consistent with personal aspirations.

Course structure

  • 1 individual entrance interview
  • 3 training days (morning and afternoon) at the Foundation
  • 1 mentoring session with an external assessor
  • individual tutoring available for curriculum vitae writing
  • activation of 3 annual cycles (October, January, May)

Recognition

A certificate of participation will be issued, which can be used in your curriculum vitae and for career guidance purposes.

Results of the course

The project allows participants to clarify their career plans, develop job skills, expand their networking opportunities and strengthen their independence and self-efficacy. At the end of the route, you can access the Committee of San Firenze.
