17-19 years

A structured guidance and project-based pathway that transforms participants’ ideas into tangible projects through design thinking and artistic languages, strengthening transversal competences and finding its full expression in an international experience within a conflict-affected context.

Description

ABF Talent4You is an advanced orientation and design programme aimed at students who want to get more involved, developing project ideas that respond to real needs and complex contemporary issues. The project focuses on the intersection between creativity, active citizenship and cross-cutting skills, guiding participants from the initial idea stage to the development of structured projects.

The methodological core of the programme is design thinking, used as a tool to transform personal visions and individual experiences into shared project proposals. The theme of conflict runs throughout the entire journey as a key to understanding the world and a lever for individual and collective transformation.

The central element of the project is the journey through a land marked by conflict, conceived as a genuine educational tool: a real context in which participants can put the skills they have developed to the test, engage with other stories and strengthen their awareness, critical thinking and global vision.

The reference framework

The itinerary includes:

  • 5 afternoon workshops dedicated to the development of project ideas;
  • 1 meeting to present the projects to a jury;
  • 2 team-building meetings in preparation for the trip;
  • 1 international experience trip as the concluding and transformative moment of the programme.

Recognition

The course is recognised as PCTO, subject to the signing of an agreement with the educational institution.

Results of the course

Participants develop project-based and cross-disciplinary skills, gain international educational experience and strengthen their personal orientation. The programme can represent a transition to Talent4Work or to the San Firenze Committee, as a space for continuity and active citizenship.
