Description
ABF Wannabe is a guidance programme aimed at secondary schools, designed to accompany students in a process of self-exploration, exploring their skills and future educational choices. The project stems from the need to offer young people an educational space where they can pause to reflect on questions, give voice to their experiences and develop tools for understanding the complexity of the present.
The common thread running through the course is conflict, understood not as something to be avoided, but as an educational tool and an opportunity for growth. Through workshops, artistic activities and guided discussions, young people are encouraged to recognise internal, relational and social conflicts, transforming them into opportunities for awareness, dialogue and change.
The activities are co-designed with teachers and built according to experiential and participatory methodologies, which enhance the class group as a learning space and the protagonism of students as an educational lever.
Course structure
The course consists of 3 meetings for each class:
- an initial plenary session at the theatre, involving all participating classes and introducing the theme through artistic languages and testimonials;
- dwo workshop sessions per class at the ABF Globalab premises in San Firenze, dedicated to processing the experience, group work and creative feedback.
Recognition
The course is recognised as PCTO for all participants, subject to the signing of an agreement with the educational institution.
Results of the course
The project promotes the development of cross-curricular socio-emotional, communication and interpersonal skills, strengthens guidance and awareness with regard to future choices, and allows students to reflect on their journey through creative projects and productions.
At the end of the programme, participants who wish to do so can continue their involvement by joining the San Firenze Committee.
